Please do not waste your money and time to rent by this Enterprise, I rented by a different location I returned it by this location they told me first that I scratched the vehicle , after that I was fighting with them that I know for sure that i didn't do any scratches he told me I'm right .... the old pictures, after that he was fighting with me that I didn't return it with the right gas amount and was telling him that he should call the other location make sure cuz this is like I got it so i call up the other location and he start speaking with them and then he came back and told me that he close the concert and you going to get charged for the gas so I had to call back by myself. to make sure to remove it please please avoid this ugly location they always try to find the way to charge you

I waited in line for over 2 hours before even getting to the front for my reservation. My reservation was at 10am and only received service at 1215pm. Afterwards I waited 30 minutes for a vehicle. I advise everyone to go anywhere else. There are plenty of other enterprise locations in the city (if you want to stay with enterprise) and they say they don’t have vehicles online. Call the other locations before wasting 3 hours of your life in line. Several times there wasn’t even anyone inside the location at the desk they would leave for 20 minutes at a time. How do you even leave your front desk unattended completely? This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Get it together. Hire more staff if you can’t handle it.

Enterprise is great - this place is awful. I will briefly explain why. 1. Only 2 staff are ever present (which means it gets congested for key pick-up and drop off times at open and close). We waited 30+ minutes both times 2. Staff are rude and uncooperative (when we called to stay drop off would be 10 min late, they told us were being charged another day as they aren’t waiting or doing anything to help) 3. Staff spoke barely no english (when going over insurance and drop off information, the staff was completely unable to explain it for me to understand) Use any other enterprise location, you can tell they really don’t care about anything but money and moving cars here.

The fastest car rental service in Montreal and they always give you a nice car! Great staff!

The only two times I rented cars there, they were completely dirty. Now I just called and waited for 45 minutes just to ask one simple question and an automatized message told me to call back later and it hung up. Not really satisfied with their service for the moment.
