Régis... He worked his magic. I was super sceptical about renting a vehicle at first..but He put me at ease. First time renting from enterprise and not a single issue. I was originally a walk in.. I told him I needed a SUV.. sadly in Montreal east there were almost no more cars left.. being winter and Insurance people needing rental cars... He was able to find me a 2018 Nissan frontier .my main issue was I needed unlimited km... Régis helped me out !! No problem!! Not only did it help me .. but my friend who was in a emergency situation .. you helped her out the most. Thank you Régis! Next time I come In I'd love to work with you again ! Vehicle was spotless.. super clean .. super presentable. 10/10

the given address for pickup was wrong, there was only one (very well meaning) brand new employee to do everything, the office space was shared and chaotic. virtually impossible to do business (like extend contract) over the phone, and very little help available from main helpline or utterly useless app. felt very very sorry for employee who was clearly doing his best in impossible circumstances with no support from a big company.

made me wait an hour to get back to the office ....this is not even an enterprise it's someone who rented space inside a used car dealer and called it enterprise ...1 employee no cars to choose....would rather take a bus or walk then to ever deal with this person again
