very nice experience with the staff and car. Helpful and friendly. Will do it again.

Excellent, super fast service! And very friendly staff. This was my third rental with them. They also have dropbox so you may leave the car whenever you want. Cars are very clean and new. Thank you very much for all

I've rented dozens of cars, vans and trucks in my life for personal and business use (at Enterprise and other companies), but this rental experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Due to travel issues, I was about 2 hours late for my reservation. When I arrived during normal business hours, there was no one at the location to rent the car to me. I called the number of the location and spoke with the manager, Karim Hamrouni. He informed me that because I was late, he cancelled my reservation after an hour, which he claims was the policy. In all my time renting cars, I have never come across this policy, and afterwards, I searched everywhere in the documents I received, and I could not find that policy stated anywhere. Regardless, I apologized for being late and asked if I could still get the car. Karim went on to tell me that I had to wait 30-45 minutes for him to return. I could have maybe made this work with my plans, but the way that Karim spoke to me during this conversation was truly appalling. He began to berate me, telling me that I would not show up for a plane flight 2 hours late and expect to take that flight (which is ridiculous, as plane travel is very different from renting a car). Every time I tried to speak, he would cut me off, yelling "MADAME, MADAME." At one point, I had to ask him if I could complete a sentence before he started talking over me. He was incredibly condescending and rude, and I felt he was speaking down to me because I am a woman. I was nearly in tears by the time I hung up on him. I went to another rental company, where service was speedy and very friendly. I know that Karim is not representative of Enterprise as a company, but looking at all the bad reviews that reiterate exactly my experience, it is clear that Enterprise does not care that they have an employee (even worse as he is the location manager) who treats customers so awfully. For this reason, I will never rent from Enterprise again, and will implore the company I work with (300+ employees - Enterprise is our main rental service) and all my friends to rent elsewhere.

I reserved a week in advance but was late as my flight was delayed. The branch manager, Karim, chastised me for being late on my arrival and told me that he had canceled my reservation (no courtesy call or email notice) and that he would have a hard time finding me a car. While I waited as he helped other customers I was able to make another reservation for a standard sized car starting an hour from the current time. He got angry when I told him I was able to make a reservation and told me to "forget about that" and that I'd take the car he wanted to give me, which was a van. Not only was it going to cost me more per day (for my 5 day trip) but also a lot more in gas. The entire time he was extremely unpleasant and patronizing, telling me to make sure I made wide turns as it was a large vehicle. I guess since he assumed I'm a poor driver, maybe because I'm a young woman. An hour later my new reservation for a standard car was approved but I have no intention of ever dealing with that man or Enterprise ever again.

Rented a vehicle for two weeks, found an open bottle of rum under the seat after having the vehicle for three days. The conséquence could have been severe. I was not offered any compensation. CLEAN & INSPECT YOUR CARS PRIOR TO RENTING THEM.
