I usually rent at Enterprise on St-Laurent but tried these guys since I needed a car on Sunday. I had ordered a standard/full size from the website but upon arrival was provided with a small SUV with US plates. This was very annoying as I have kids and could hardly fit all of our stuff into the vehicle. I couldn't see through the rear view mirror, making for dangerous driving conditions. I complained to the guy behind the counter and he told me I was lucky to get anything at all... apparently, sometimes they won't even provide you with car, even if you have reserved ahead of time. What?! I have never had this problem up at Enterprise. So I will not be coming back.

Perfect and easy return of the car. It would be helpful to receive the PIN for the garage beforehand but as we took it from a different city, this is ok. Staff was super friendly!

It was easy to book and pick up the car. We returned the car after hours and left the keys with the receptionist at the hotel. We filled up the gas tank before we returned it, however, we got charged for gas with an additional $100 afterwards. When I phoned in, I was told that they had to fill up the tank with 24 liters of gas upon return. This simply cannot be true. If you return the car after hours, I would suggest to keep your gas bill, and take pictures of the fuel meter, so that you have evidence to show in case this also happens to you.

Service here is excellent, the location is super convenient, and the cars are always clean. Hassle-free check-in and check-out
