had to wait 20 minutes after completing contract for the keys to be delivered, they charge you 6.95 for parking, gas tank was half filled. received a call several days later for an apology. staff were helpful.

Interesting method of check in with very nice customer service.. When I reserved the car, I was assured that I would receive either that specific car model or an upgrade. Unfortunately when I arrived, they only had a single car. This car much lower grade than the one I originally reserved, and it was not AWD as I had intended. Because of this, all of my plans for the weekend were thrown off as all other car rentals were also fully booked. I would not trust this service if other plans depend on it, my experience was very frustrating and stressful.

The kiosk took an hour to get through, it was unbearable. they offered a 60% discount if I left a good Google Map review.

I often have to deal with Mikhail Kyrolos who is often in charge of the video kiosk service and the guy is a great professional. It feels like I have a personal and tailored service every time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience. The kiosk is impressive. I got a new car and the service was excellent. I even made the mistake of leaving my wallet on the car after delivering the keys into the secure box and the manager came all the way to help me. I'll use the service again and definitely recommend them!
