Excellent, efficient service. Unlike just about every other place, I've never had to wait or spend 30 minutes on paperwork. My one complaint: I reserve compact cars, but without any explanation I more often than not get a gas-guzzling monstrosity of an SUV instead. I go on long trips, so it's equivalent to marking up my trip by $20-30 by gas, with the inconvenience of having to drive a main battle tank on top of that. I understand that getting a larger car instead of a smaller one is considered an "upgrade", but that assumption should be revisited.

Tony´s customer service is really top-notch, and the whole renting process usually works very smoothly. That´s why I´m a happy returning customer. Some other workers at the location could use some more customer-orientation, and the overall experience always depends on the person serving you. Also, lately there has been some small issues with the cars, like missing washer fluid, or less than full tank of gas when receiving the car; these are quite small things but have an impact on the experience.

Probably the best place to rent a car in Montreal. Tony has always provided the best customer service experience and knows how to create returning customers. Its the little things that make a difference; free upgrade, additional discounts, clean cars, no delays. Thank you.
