Great customer service, there was a mix up with the rental vehicle which had to be returned so it could not be rented - Aamar secured a replacement one (a no charge upgrade actually) quickly. No hassle transaction; I would definitely recommend.

Very bad customer service. He came late in the morning even though I called him the day before to let him know that I needed the car at 7:00AM. He came after 7:15AM. On return he said the tank is not full and I had to go back to the gas station to add 3 litre of gas. Will never go back. Go Enterprise across the street.

Small location with a kind and humble employee. I appreciated the customer service. Limited onsite float but the service meant more.

Bad customer service, got a car with the direction completely shot (unsafe) and when I went to return the car a couple of hours earlier, I had to wait 30 minutes as nobody was attending the office. No dropbox either.

I am a very happy customer. I tried to rent a car at Enterprise both in St.Jean and Brossard and they were out of stock. I called Mr Aamar at Avis Brossard and he secured a rental for me right away. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly surprised with a brand new luxury upgrade they gave me. I rented again from this location few weeks later and received even better level of customer service as Mr. Aamar committed to wait for me for an extra half hour past closing time to get me going. The staff is very polite and courteous, the cars were clean and equipped with winter tires. Moreover both times they gave me a complimentary ride to Panama bus terminal. I would like to thank Mr. Aamar and his staff for excellent service and I would definitely rent from Avis Brossard again. Needless to say you get decent amount of points on your Aeroplan account each time you rent.
