Long, slow queues. I phoned up earlier in the week to try and reserve the car for one day earlier than planned, and was told that this was fine. After making plans and turning up to pick the car up on the agreed date, I was told that a mistake had been made, and I shouldn't have been given an extra day. Thanks for ruining our weekend.

Nice staff, but extremely slow service. Took over an hour just to pick up the car. Spent about 30 minutes waiting in line in the tiny office, another 20 minutes to be called down, and 20 more minutes for them to clean the car, which smelled like cigarettes. Staff was friendly but for the love of God hire more people.

worst place to rent a car. I rent a car online and got an appointment to pick it up at 10 Am. I got there 5mn early and still waited 1 hour or so before I was able to get the car. Also the guy there totally disregard my online reservation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM.

This is a tiny office that provide service of 3 companies: Discount, ACE and Europcar. I spend more than 2 hours waiting outside standing up to have the car I rented through Expedia. Fortunately the weather was nice! Terrible service
