The service was okey but the car was really awful. I requested a compact SUV, but I got a Jeep Wrangler. Not comfortable at all, very bad fuel consumption. This type of cars should not be put for rent.

Delta Montreal Enterprise is my favourite place to rent a car in town. The location is very centralized and easily accessible, the staff there is polite and they do a great job. To return a car there is also very easy, just park it in the garage and drop the garage ticket together with the keys in the key box. Can't get better than that!

I rarely rate but sometimes it's important to inform other people to avoid your mistake. I booked a car to travel, I had a hotel booked and everything ready. I received a call from the branch the night before informing me that there are no cars and I'd have to change my booking from 9 am to 11 am, so I agreed. I call the next morning before heading out only to be informed that there is no sign of any cars. I inform the manager that it's their fault and they must find a solution. The only solution they offered was they provided me numbers to close by branches. I called the headquarters only to be informed that I can't reach the headquarters directly, it's a call center that takes messages for them and they will call me back within 3 or 5 business days. You would think that booking through a large corporation would be the reason to avoid these problems. I was informed that each branch operates individually. I called the branch manager again asking him what's the point of booking if I didn't get my reservation, he told me it's not his problem that customers didn't return the cars and told me that he shouldn't say that but I can go to one of their competitors. I did and had a great experience. These are my conclusions: 1)don't bother booking because you are not really guaranteed a car even if your book 2) it's impossible to reach enterprise customer service 3) each branch operates individually so if you are having a problem, only the branch manager can help. Aka it's almost you are dealing with a one man show rather than an organization with policies, culture or vision. Edit: Don't be fooled by the comment by the owner on my post, they didn't even reply to my email.
