Bad service. Don't care about the customers. My wife took a car with them for a day. When I returned the car, I checked the contract, which said the gas was full. Put 35$ of gas then when returning the car I realized that the car only did 40 Km. I asked the question and the lady showed me HER copy which said gas was 3/8 full. When asked why then my copy/client copy says gas should be 8/8, she just said it's not her problem! When showed the gas receipt from less than 1 hour ago, she just said not her problem! Not even an "sorry" as the client copy is clearly has a mistake in it, filing a complaint with discount now. Follow-up: Just to finish the story, after I complained to Discount, 3-4 days later, the manager called me. He apologized but as it's me (the husband) who returned the car instead of my wife, he refused to reimburse me the gas he has in the car (even partial reimbursement and not fully) , which he would happily use in his next rental. He proposed me some voucher for later use with Discount which I refused as Discount is to me now the last place I want to rent a car. I cannot understand that he cannot reimburse me the gas which is in the car and he would use!
