Rented a car for a week. Got a better one than the one I booked and being only the second driver of the car the experience was great. Only downside were the fairly long waiting times at the counter when picking up and dropping off the car. Overall my experience was good.

Very satisfied, highly recommended. I had no waiting time; although there were one guy ahead of me. The staff were very polite, quick and responsible. Certainly I would rent from here again :)

EDIT: I got a call from discount (I believe his name was Mehdi) he helped me get my refund. It took 3 weeks to get a call from them, but at least I got my money back. Thank you! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU RETURN YOUR CAR!!!! avoid this scam company at anyyyyyy cost!!!! They added extra charges on my car rental with 0 reason. Hidden costs that were not shown to me at time of rental, also not in the contract. Now they wont return calls/emails. This company is a major scam and the garage is run by kids/teenagers. They took more than 1 hour to bring me my car when I arrived. And like I said, they added 40$ to my rental with no reasons!!!! AVOID THIS SCUMBAGS AT ALL COSTS!!! BUDGET/AVIS ARE MUCH MORE RELIABLE WITH TRUE COSTS.
