Pick up was very easy. Drop off easy also. The vehicle. I originally asked for a sedan but I decided to up grade to a bit larger vehicle. So got a Hundayi Santa Fe and I really enjoyed driving it. It was very comfortable.

No fuss, no hassle. Checkin and go directly to the vehicle. Vehicle was in great shape, the one we wanted which was problem free. Drop off took about 5 seconds. Again, no hassle. We returned the vehicle a little early and were credited with the time difference. No attempt to sell you extras or rip you off with the full gas tank scam like some other car rentals. The vehicle was in the attached garage, no shuttles to contend with. Receipt was emailed to us before we got home from the airport. In some cases Alamo is more expensive but worth it in the quality of service. We use Alamo whenever we can when we travel.

Lindsey did a fine job in setting up my recent rental. I felt she was “looking out for me” and making sure my rental was a good fit for my needs. I will choose ALAMO at BTV when my next mission requires a car rental.

I appreciate the ease in which it was to go through the process of renting a car. Everyone was professional and helpful. I would rent again with this company.

The person working the Alamo desk around 4 PM on November 17 was rude, and some shade of bizarrely passive aggressive. I’m sorry life didn’t turn out like you hoped, but please don’t take it out on the rest of us The airport officer who handles curb traffic couldn’t be nicer and when I asked about the person in question, and I quote, “he’s the next guy to make the 6 o’clock news naked firing an uzi”. Can’t put it better than that.
