Rental through insurance. The first vehicle that I obtained from a different location reeked of cigarette smoke. I live an hour away from any Enterprise locations and the St. J office hooked me up right away by delivering to my work place. I had a great car and the people I interacted with both on the phone and in person were wonderful. I will ask my insurance company to go through this office first if I am ever in this situation again.

Completely botched my reservation. My insurance company sent the request for a vehicle over a week ago. When I arrived at the auto repair shop to pick up the rental, I was told that Enterprise was supposed to call us the previous week to review the details. I never received a phone call. Then I was given a hard time when I requested for them to bring the vehicle to my work instead of the auto repair shop. I was told, "we don't go there". WELL, you screwed up my reservation, therefore you better come here, only 5 miles down the road. Now I am still waiting for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago. I am so disgusted with the lack of service.

Our insurance paid for our rental, we were told we would have a mid size car. Got a mini van, we had to blow up the tire every other day and it was filthy inside. Dog footprints on the seats and something was spilled on a seat. Then they called and said the insurance would stop paying after 2 weeks. They switched us into a tiny little car. After speaking to the insurance company we found out that they would pay until our truck was ready. I was promised a refund of over 80.00 which I have not yet received. They got money from us and the insurance company. Never using Enterprise again!

Crawl under your car when you rent from here. They will claim damage for things that you could not see when you rent the car. They claimed the bumper was cracked after I did a night drop. I know I did not do this. I couldnt even find the damage without crawling under the car when they told me about it. Not very honest. I see this happened to other people in Morrisville on yelp, so it must be a new way of doing business for them. Too bad because most branches in other parts of usa are really decent people.

Excellent service!!! They make renting a vehicle a pleasant and easy task. Enterprise will always have my business with my rental needs.
