Nice and friendly staff. I always rent car from this branch and never had a problem.

We had a hard time finding the kind of vehicle we needed (a cargo van). The website wasn't working well, so we called to book. We reserved our vehicle for 9 in the morning, and we arrived at 10, feeling really bad about being this late, but the van was not ready! Thankfully one had just arrived. We waited about 30 minutes for it to get ready. A couple closely following us had no vehicle at all, although they had booked online... The place was becoming busy, but there was no coffee or magazines in the small waiting area to help with patience... Providing vehicles is Discount's core business, so they should really be better at this. I'm giving it two stars because the employees were nice, I found they were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Car was awesome, comfortable and new. Service is excellent and we have a great time during our trip. This is my second time to rent and I will come back again.
