They sent a driver to pick me up from home to the Discount agency, when I got into the car the driver told me that I cannot sit in the back seat and must sit in the front, I asked him if there was a speacial reason as to why I have to sit in the front and his answer was ‘I’m no Taxi driver’, i replied that i understand however I feel more comfortable sitting in the back. He got angry and told me that I must sit in the front seat. I replied no thank you and left the car. As I was crossing the street he was yelling out of the window asking me to come back, if I wasn’t on a rush to get to work that morning I would have never returned to the car. As he was driving to the agency he was speeding up and skipping stop signs, all to make the ride as unpleasent as possible. When we arrived at the agency I told the front desk girl about what happened but that was about it. The worst driving service I had ever used!

Very unprofessional. Looks like some under graduates or convicts working for this company. They took a deposit of $500 from my credit card and then later on charged it again. I've been calling to get my deposit back for the past weeks and I still haven't. The person in charge of the file hasn't even replied to my messages. NEVER RENT FROM HERE

Never rent a car here - my advice After 2 years of loyalty with discount and ViaRoute , they treat you like if you are a stranger, with any flexibility and 'viscious' clauses.. Bottom line > +6 rents scheduled this summer > will cancel them all !!

Rude and unprofessional staff. I don't like to generalize but my 2 visits were terrible comparing to other Discount locations. Even worse when you call, they barely answer or put you on hold and never answer..
