It's more expensive than you think it will be to drive a car anywhere. Reservations are consistently booked so it's hard to reserve a car near you. I tried to cancel my account 3 times and kept getting told I hadn't tried before, sooo frustrating. Felt scammy when trying to cancel.

Toujours vérifier ses factures, car ils chargent des kilomètres en trop. Il y a des frais de 80% du temps de réservation que vous désirez écourter ou prolonger. Ils se déresponsabilisent devant des erreurs commis par leurs employés. J'en ai eu l'expérience lorsque j'ai retourné ma clé de coffret par courrier et que l'enveloppe s'est déchirée en route. On m'a mal informé et résultat, ce n'est pas de leur faute et on m'a chargé un montant d'une vingtaine de dollars pour perte de clé. Dommage qu'à Québec ce soit le seul service d'auto partage, car je changerais sans hésiter. Si vous avez les moyens de vous payer une voiture, je vous encourage fortement.

Très intéressant mais tellement complexe pour la tarification. Une simplification s'impose . C'est un frein très important. Pour ma part j'étais très intéressé mais j'ai renoncé devant la complexité des forfaits. Dommage car l’idée st bonne.

À Québec, je suis abonné à Communauto depuis plus de 10 ans. L'offre de Communauto est excellente et je suis très satisfait du service. Bien sûr, il faut planifier ses déplacement un peu plus à l'avance, mais l'Auto-mobile permet de faire des déplacements imprévus avec facilité. Question coûts, c'est simplement imbattable comparé à posséder une voiture + entretien + stationnement. Je dirais que ça en coûte moins du tiers. Longue vie à Communauto!
