Critical highway flat during work hours. Handled quickly, immediately back on the road with loaner car and picked up my Rav4 with new replacement tire over lunchtime. Great service, no surprises.

Thought I would share this so other clients can see. In the era of technology where most of the things are done electronically I must confess that I was extremely disappointed with the service I got from this dealer... It all started with a posting I saw at Auto trader, got interested and clicked on the button "ASK FOR CARPROOF REPORT". I was then graced with a phone call from Ms. L who called me and said that they cannot send the carproof by email. I then said that since I live 1 hour from their dealer, this would be crucial to me as well all dealers today do send the carproof or make it available either on kijiji or auto trader. She then said that she cannot go against her management. Weeks passed and she text me on my cellphone asking if I have made a decision on the car... I again mentioned that without the VIN number or carproof I would not drive 1 hour(each way) only to see the car and that with the VIN I would check the maintenance history at honda close to me since they are toyota. Long story short, they have the car listed for over 6 weeks and they have dropped the price 3000 dollars but they will not send me the carproof. Guess what? we are on a free market and I just found a car from another dealer who not only sent me the carproof but went and took other pics of the car on her cell. So, based on the other reviews I saw from this dealer, I am glad I did not do business with them... REPLY TO YOUR REPLY Since I do not know how to reply to your answer or not sure if there is an option to reply, I spoke on the phone with Mrs. L on the phone and I asked her to have the manager call me for the carproof. If you consult on my email address you will find the conversations as well or talk to her. I talked several times with her and she said that there was nothing she could do. Anyway, water under the bridge, you guys lost a customer.

1 star for selling "lemons". Usually I know what I'm buying and I could clearly see that they were lying about the car - Lexus GX 2013. The car was sold with a substantial defect in the 4x4 system (not only). I had to find the defect myself, and what a surprise, they knew. Also, very important, if you are inquiring about a car, be ready to hear the story about a guy who is waiting on financing on the SAME car, but if you have your papers ready they will give it to you. What a marketing strategy! Brilliant! I hope people can see this before visiting you.

Although the staff is polite , I went to check out a used car, I told them I was coming and the car was not prepped, it was dirty and not available to do a test drive as it was upstairs on the second floor (in which we had to go through a dirty garage to get to.) Complete waste of my time and very frustrating. I would not recommend.

Zero stars if I could,for selling "lemons". I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi from them, ten days later, the brakes failed when I am on the road !The repair cost me 1500, had just finished repair only one day, however, the engine is broken because of some modification of the former owner. The only solution is to change the engine. Obviously their staff did not inform me the actual condition of the car and their mechanics did not do a good job. The most terrible thing is that they make all kinds of ridiculous excuses and then refuse to take any responsibility.I hope people can see this before visiting.
