Tldr: the attendant at this station laughed at and mocked me after i encountered difficulty renting a car Got off my plane and attempted to fulfill my rental reservation. The attendant said I could not get the car. He wouldn't explain at first, but then said it was because a credit check had failed on me. I asked about other options and he suggested to call the reservations line and ask them. I called and they gave me the run around and provided no info. I went back to the desk and asked to pay for the car with my boyfriend's (not present) credit card. The attendant at this point laughed at me. I asked him if there was anything I could do to get a car and he held up a hand, rudely making a zero figure. I asked him why he had me call this phone number if it would do nothing. He shrugged and laughed again. While I realize my situation was difficult and there wasn't anything he could do, I don't think it was very fair to mock and laugh at me in a moment of crisis. I cannot possibly recommend this car rental service.

Repeat customer to Avis. This time in Pittsburgh. Great professional staff. They did not have the car I rented, so I got a free upgrade. I arrived too early to pick up my vehicle and did not want to pay for an extra day, so the staff suggested places to hang out and eat in the airport until rental time. Overall good experience.

My experience was wonderful! I got the free upgrade with no hassle when I told the agent the offer appeared only after I had booked. Our Nissan Rogue was so comfortable and great on gas, too. The only drawback was that the Avis signs and early drop off signs were smaller than other agencies. I had researched for awhile and they were by far the least expensive for our trip. I'm now a life-long Avis customer - Thank you so much!

Watch out for this place! After I picked up my car I realized that they had overcharged me. I tried to call numerous times and they never would answer the phone. When I brought the car back I tried to respectfully talk to their manager about it, he was extremely rude to me. He basically told me that once you sign their screen (which is so scratched up you cant see anything) you were responsible for the charges even if they were wrong. I had to call their corporate number and beg them for over an hour to fix the situation. Go anywhere else!!!

Be sure to check your credit card statement after renting here. I returned the car with a full tank of gas (filled within a couple miles of the airport) using the after hours using the key slot. Avis placed an additional charge of almost $20 on my card. I called national customer service who told me it was for an unfilled tank. They removed the charge for me and said it must have been an error. Otherwise, the pickup was fine and the car was clean and nice.
