Came through in a clutch for an out of town friend. Inventory was low so they upgraded to a fully optioned van at no additional cost. Allowed for dropoff at Seatac. Thanks Budget of Bellevue!

Poor service. Poor customer reception. Every Avis location I go to, I have a bad experience. These people should work on their customer relations. I said there is mechanical problem with my car, they did not replace my car. I prepaid for car, then they said they don't have the car I was looking for. I'm not sure why they are doing business.

I will not be returning to this Avis location. I made a reservation for the second weekend of 4th of July week (Friday-Sunday) as we were headed out of town. After comparing options, I chose this location because I was quoted over $100 less than other agencies and locations. I showed up at 7:45 a.m. on Friday for my 8 a.m. pickup. The desk wasn't open yet, which was fine since it opened at 8, except no one showed up for over 40 min. At that point there was a line of other people waiting to get their cars too. I called Avis customer service, but corporate customer service didn't know what was going on and couldn't help me. Finally one other customer went behind the booth to call the manager and tell her no one showed up for their shift (she found the manager's number on a post it note). The manager arrived 10 min later, and I finally got my car an hour after I arranged to pick it up. The car itself was not clean, and there was permanent residue on the inside of the windshield in front of the steering wheel. I had waited so long I didn't even bother bringing it up. When I returned the car today, the staff at the desk were extremely slow and disorganized. Now I know why the downtown Seattle location is more expensive: you get what you pay for. Stay away from this one; it's not worth the cheap price.

Rented in Aug 2017, for vacation. Desk attendant was extremely helpful and friendly, with an eye to our convenience and keeping our costs down. MUCH cheaper to pick up here than at Sea-Tac.

Worst car rental place. Avis try to set all the traps to overcharge customers. Expect to paid at $100 for price from Priceline, finally paid $300 for all the traps set to customer. The customer service is super rude, nobody actually check the vehicle when you pickup and return the vehicle. Then they charge your extra for any reason they can find.
