My wife and I are extremely happy with Hyundai for reaching out to us to resolve the issue we had with the missing beauty engine cover during our last oil change. The manager was very friendly and assured us that the engine cover will be replaced free of charge. And to top that off, they will give us a complimentary oil change on our next visit. Thank you so much Hyundai North Battleford. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. And thank you Gord Pidde (parts dept) for accommodating us. We really appreciate what you have done for us! We will see you in 4000 km!

I had originally had a bad experience at the dealership with what I had thought to be an employee of the dealership and I had posted here reflecting that. However, after this all came to light I could not believe how well Gord at Hyundai stood up to make sure everything was made right. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Gord.

Although, there was an issue in the past, management did reach out and despite the fact they haven't finished looking into the issue, I've amended the review to be fair, as I felt as though they were really working on taking feedback and improving upon it and that's all anyone can expect. Owner/management was professional and gave the impression that had there have been a more pressing issue, they would definitely have endeavored to resolve it as well.

My husband bought a Tucson from Barb in December. A travelling sales team. She ripped him off so bad we had to repo with scotia dealer advantage. I am disappointed because friends of ours warned us about this store and we didn’t listen.
