Great service. Easy to pick up and drop off, and great price. Had the type of car I booked, which doesn’t always happen

Budget needs to work on the idea of FastTrack with its employees. The person that I gave my car keys to wasn't happy that I didn't have proof of gas purchase and the mileage all ready for her... as if it was my responsibility to know. And no, nobody told me about it. Also just rented at Toronto International Airport and wasn't given any advice about ExpressWay tolls (Which I didn't even know existed). Still trying to figure out if I was charged or not, how to pay... I don't want Budget to send me a bill which would normally come with a hefty admin charge...

First of all, I was greeted with a smile and the person gave me plenty of information so I had no problem finding my rental. The rental place was right in the airport. The car pickup and drop off was well marked and very close to the door. The car was not only affordable but cheap on gas with a lot of pep. I wold definitely rent here again.
