Extremely friendly and helpful Service Counter staff. The service scheduled time was as booked and completed while I waited. This is my first time dealing with Valley Ford and I was very impressed with with my whole experience. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a new truck through them the other day. I had all kinds of questions and Jay did all kinds research for me as I am going to get a lift kit and aftermarket rims and tires. They were all great to deal with and I am very happy with the price they gave me.

I was so satisfied with the service at Valley Ford in North Battleford. I took my SUV for an oil change and once the oil change was completed, Valley Ford people washed and detailed my SUV! How awesome is that?

We were very pleased with the service we got. The informed us of exactly what was going on and we appreciated it. Customer service is very important.

I see people posting their car was detailed after an oil change, I spent $1,500 and had a big pile of bird poo on the windshield, which pretty much sum's up my experience here. I brought my F150 in to look into an issue with engine hesitation at Highway speeds and have some work done on the rear end . The truck was running great other then the hesitation when I brought it in( it had just been in another shop that got it running great but couldn't diagnose the hesitation which was why I took it to Ford) but when I picked it up it was running very rough and stalling. The check engine light was on now but wasn't when i dropped it off. I did not receive a written estimate of what it would cost to fix the hesitation, just a suggestion to do $5,ooo worth of work on the engine (the shop the truck had just been in said there was no point just replacing stuff willy nilly, which is exactly what this dealership thought would be in their best interest). It turns out the problem was the air intake so I would of spent 5k and still had the problem. When they did the work on the rear end they discovered another issue and rather then call me and talk about it while they had the rear end apart, they closed it all back up and presented me with a written estimate of what it would cost to open it all back up and go in and fix the issue. So, no written estimate on the issue I wanted fixed but time to do a written estimate on the issue that they didn't try and fix at a lower cost to me, plus the truck had to immediately go back into another shop to have the check engine light investigated. I am 50 years old and this is the worst, and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with an automotive shop.
