Was nervous about this rental my spouse booked when I saw the reviews. Must have been a change in management because it was truly the best car rental experience we've ever had. 5min with a cheerful staff member for pick up, really nice 2019 car that was a surprise upgrade, 3min return with an equally pleasant staff person. Thanks!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ibrahim was at the counter when I rented and returned. He should write a book on customer service. Top notch!

I rented a Kia Sedona for a week from Enterprise in August, 2018. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up, but there were unopened soft drinks stashed in the back seats which had not been removed. Everything ran smoothly until I locked myself out of the Sedona by leaving the keys in the car. I'd done this previously, but the car would not auto-lock with the keys inside it. BCAA managed to get it open, but this issue took nearly two hours off my vacation time. What gets Enterprise the five star rating is how they significantly reduced my total bill after I mentioned the issues above when I returned the vehicle. I'd rent from them again.
