The Enterprise Team at Victoria Avenue works very hard to look after its clients and keeps its costs down. I have been a long-time customer and even through changes in personnel, they have done a great job - they are all friendly, helpful and understand what customer service means. Their weekend rate is excellent value for money and cannot be beat! Thank you for your great customer service and great value, and look forward to continued business with you!

These guys were really helpful. I needed a rental due to an accident. The only negative was getting a car that didn't have a clean interior. I understand that sometimes there isn't time to detail rentals so I just overlooked that issue. There was popcorn in between the seats and some smudge that looked like melted chocolate and spilled coffee/drink on the seats.

Manager and team at this location went above and beyond to deliver a great experience when I was heading on a road trip and needed a vehicle. Big smiles, friendly staff, I plan on renting from here again. Update: I returned to this location when my car was in the shop and was not disappointed. Taylor and Aman were knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful which made this experience frictionless.

I have read some of the reviews posted here, and there are negative ones that don't make much sense. We have had very good experiences with this location. Their staff was friendly, expedient, and more than accommodating. Each time we return, customer service is consistent. We will continue to give them our business.
