Totally useless service. I requested a truck 1 week in advance, received a confirmation email from both the online booking website and the branch itself (as received by the supervisor). I called 3 days prior to the date, confirmed with them on the phone that there was no problem and they said no. They called me ~5 hours later and told me that they actually could not provide the truck and service that was requested because their online booking system does not know what they have in their fleet and double books clients (hence why I called to confirm in person). They could not even offer an alternative. Supervisor was unhelpful, could not give any real explanation for the error on their end. He then tried to tell me that I double booked, which made no sense as I pointed out. He then blamed the online booking service again and said he did not take the reservation as indicated in the email.
We found a U-Haul that was available for approximately $200 cheaper than what Discount was offering. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid this company, they are completely incompetent and their booking service is flawed.
