We rented a ford ecosport. It was a great little car. Clean affordable and great on gas.

They deserve zero stars. The service and car look good until you get your bill and see you've been charged 'MISTAKENLY' for the most stupid things. Just to give an example we've been charged a late day fee and when I checked the bill it said we returned the car on April 2nd, while we left Yukon on April 1st. Maybe I flew back in next day to return the car???

My sister came to visit. She paid for insurance, and was the victim of a hit-and-run in town. The deductible on the Budget insurance was $15,000. In other words, there is no insurance. On top of that, they charged her a daily fee until the repairs were done. I would NEVER recommend Budget to a friend.

“Budget Car Rental has fast and friendly service. We were happy to receive an upgrade for our rental reservation. The vehicle we received was a 2018 Ford Edge which was great on gas and very comfortable to drive. The staff were great and we would rent there again! Justice, the customer service rep at the counter was very helpful and courteous. Thanks!”
