I was led by great reviews and thought to buy the vehicle I'd always wanted from this dealership., and I did. One month later I'd discover that the shock absorbers weren't as great, and I still had warranty with them (which I appreciated). However, when I brought the vehicle back the two workers took the vehicle for a drive to confirm my concerns. They returned to let me know that the noise (shock absorbers)was resultant of winter, and that that's what vehicles do in the Yukon in winter. One of the worker thrn switched the topic and told me that my gas was low and I needed to gas up my vehicle or else there will be some water gettting in the tank. He also told me to take my vehicle to Ford Motors. He said there was nothing Driving Force could do to help me. Disappointed, upset and insulted, I left and later took my vehicle to Ford for inspection. The shock absorbers were the problem identified on the spot. Then I called Driving Force again with the vehicle report. That's when the worker(different one) informed me they will pay for repairs if I took the vehicle to either Ford Motors or Klondike Motors, with the latter his preference as it was going to "cost him less". I took it to Ford Motors and the Driving Force settled the payment. I took it back in (Ford Motors) because the problem persisted. To date I still have the same issue, not sure why it can't be fixed. That was my experience with buying a vehicle from Driving Force. The staff are well mannered and calm for sure, and I have no doubt they'd give such great services on rentals. [RESPONSE TO DRIVING FORCE..... *Thank you Ben for for responding to my review and taking your time on the phone to identify this file. It was great that you located the case and updated that the male staff isn't with you anymore. Though the update denied participation of the female worker, she played a role** ]

Although they're the only game in town, the selection of vehicles is good. The service is top notch also.

The advice for vehicle was perfect. Vehicle was very well maintained and clean. Especially the tires were technical and of good quality. Very useful on icy roads in curves and downhill, especially the Dempster. The staff at the airport is very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent service, the truck I rented was great. Would use them again if in Whitehorse.
