Went to pick up my reserved car yesterday at the reserved pick up time and nobody was at the desk. Called the number on the sign and the guy acted like he had no idea I was coming. Asked if I had a 12 o’clock reservation. No.... it was 10:30. He kept acting like he had no idea I was coming then acted put out he had to come in to help me. Said he guessed he’d come in. When he(Drake) came in the service didn’t get better. Still acting put out, he asked for my name, Id and credit card. I handed him my driver’s license and debit card. He told me they had to put a $200 hold on my debit card, which I was fine with, but then said he had to pull my credit. WHAT?!? You’re pulling my credit to rent a car? He said it stated that in the fine print when I made the reservation, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I said no, cancel the reservation. I then turned to the lady in the Avis booth next to us and asked if she had anything available and if they have to pull credit. She had a vehicle, she didn’t have to pull credit, and she was extremely friendly. I’m very disappointed with Budget and hope nobody else has to experience this kind of service. Go with another company. Especially if you don’t like to use credit cards!!!

Good customer service. Fast service. SUV wasn't the cleanest but it was reliable. Intermediate SUV size is quite small, the size of a jeep renegade. Sizes of vehicles need to be depicted better on the website.

By far the worst customer service ever . Alamo is way better and friendlier.

Met all of our needs, which the big companies could not. Was picked up at the airport on time, did paperwork and used the car for a day, then went to our chartered boat at the dock. Left car there and it was picked up. Seven days later, an eleven passenger van was at the dock for our ten person crew. Used the van overnight and left it next to airport for pickup after we caight our 6 AM flight. Used vehicles were in good condition and rates much lower. Good deal all around and very friendly service.
