I called this company due to cockroaches. They were able to get out to my unit with 2 days, and treat my unit. I primarily dealt with Rebecca on the phone and Patrick was our onsite tech! They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend you Rebecca to help and walk you thru all the steps in dealing with unwanted critters! Thanks for all the help and the majority of the cockroaches are already gone!

We selected Abell Pest Control based on the reviews we read, and they did not disappoint. We were lucky to have Patrick McGrath attend our house. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to provide an explanation for his recommendations. I would strongly recommend this company, and Patrick in particular.

Spoke to Rebecca who said she needed to pull my paper work from last year. She said she'd call me back but by the next day she still hadn't called. I called her back and she never apologized just told me she found the papers she needed this morning, its 2pm so why she didn't call me back is a mystery. My original call was to ask how much it would cost to have them come out and place more bait traps so I'm not sure why this took so long. She then tells me she has an opening in a couple weeks, well that's great and still has nothing to do with my initial question of how much it will cost to come out and put more bait traps out. This was just a waste of 2 days trying to find out a price. If your not sure of the price just say so and please if you say your going to call a customer back than do so or atleast apologize when you forget. I guess they don't respect me as a customer enough to have any customer service.

Sumer was absolutely excellent and thorough with carrying out his inspection. He took his time in lifting the heavy shelves to check for any evidence of activity. Highly recommend this company for your business!
