Called Orkin about carpenter ants. The technician Alphonso was knowledgeable. He applied an initial treatment for the ants. But he also made a plan to come back for a second type of treatment when the weather was warmer when the ants were more active and therefore easier to locate. The treatment is guaranteed for 1 year until next spring; if the problem occurs again Orkin will return for as many treatments as are needed this year. My residence is not in the city but there was no charge for travel. Very happy with the knowledgeable and professional service.

Rick Chorney was excellent. A very personable and friendly guy and very knowledgeable. He found the infestation of carpenter ants quickly and easily and dealt with them right away and also gave us some preventable measures and information on how to prevent the ants from coming back or finding a foot hold anywhere else. Great service from him and would recommend him.

We were happy to have Ken and his dog out to our home to check for bed bugs. He walked us through every room in the house to explain what he and the dog had found. After he went over the paperwork, he even spent extra time walking us through how to prepare for the treatment, and steps we can take in the future to avoid running into this situation again. I will call him again if I ever have questions. He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Alfonso regularly checks my workplace and makes sure the educate the all of the employees. He is very efficient and is very meticulous about checking tricky areas which we really do appreciate. Would recommend Orkins if you were thinking of trying out their services!

At the day centre in Yellowknife we had a very large cockroach problem. Andrew was always very efficient with dealing with us. Making sure that we were always on the list to come and visit. Making sure that he came after the centre was closed and gave it a good spray. I appreciate all the services they provided to the day centre
