False company please beware. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Had to pay before work was completed. Paid for 4000 sf house to be heat treated, mice dropping clean up, mice prevention and seal up of entry points totalling thousands. Company advised heat will make all mice vacate the premise plus cleanse of any possible hantavirus or contamination from droppings. Only about 60 of droppings cleaned, no entry points sealed and mice still in premise. Company advertises 1 year guarantee and warranty of work however refused to come back unless we paid more. Guaranteed poison boxes will last the year. Poison boxes near empty by two months. We had a new company come out and they found some cheap store available poison in boxes- not professional grade.

Really nice staff! Had a problem i thought was bed bugs the lady squeezed me in and It ended up not being bed bugs but beetles! They found a solution with the least amount of chemical exposure (I have a 6 months old and 2 dogs) It's been a week and i am bug free! Thanks!

Do Not Call Last fall, we had wasps in our bedroom and I called to help me find where they were getting in and block it. First the guys broke our closet shelf, ripping it off the wall to get to the attic. Then when they found the nest and I realized they were just going to spray I told them not to. They both got very angry and said they'd charged me for it already anyway. $500! This guy doesn't care about you or finding chemical free solutions. He only cares about scamming you out of money. Do not call.
