Since it all goes to the same number I am posting this review here also. Was going to be civil and just post once about my experience, but now I am fuming (pun intended) The original review was as follows "Had them come out to my place to deal with a bug issue, first appointment he was over an hour late making me miss other appointments. Bug issue didn't improve much so I made a follow up appointment. After uprooting a 5 person home at 8am and clearing all the cupboards, no one showed up... rescheduled, did not show up again... still waiting to see if they show up tomorrow." Maybe it was in poor taste to review before it was said and done but I was annoyed at being stood up twice. Shortly after things took an aggressive turn! *Update* I was told to find a new company to work with after they read my review and was unhappy with how I viewed my service, he took upon himself to call me personally moments later to insult and verbally assult me and my family. No matter what he thought of us the way he spoke to me was completely unprofessional and hurtful.

I had mice issues and called Pest in the City. They responded and came out to my home in Sherwood Park the same day. Were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and delt with the problem right away. Highly recomend
