Kenny was great! I thought I had pack rats in my attic and he inspected the property and crawled around in the attic with me and figured out it was actually squirrels! He showed a lot of integrity and did't try and sell me a bill of goods and gave me lots of pointers about solving the squirrel problem on my own. I will definitely call Pointe Pest Control for any future issues.

I called, and the same day Kenny came out and I elected my house and set me up with the exact service I needed! Donnie came out again that same day and did the service! Appreciate the speediness if this company, love that they came and got it done so quickly. Also, very kind people and explained my questions well. Thanks guys!

Taylor really takes his time to explain what he is doing and why. Taylor is very nice and helpful. Everyone from Pointe pest control has been great. This is our second year with them and are very happy. Thank you!

Kenny Bartlett was the representative that showed up to provide our estimate. He was a pleasure to work with. He was able to schedule with us within 24hours of my call. He arrived timely. He was knowledgeable and professionally with an outstanding personality. I enjoyed my encounter with him and was highly satisfied with the price quoted to take care of our pest issues.

Didn’t show up on time. I had to call back to inquire. Other than that, Kenny did a good job of getting rid of our wasp problem and was reasonably priced. I will call Pointe Pest Control again in the future.
