I bought a home a year ago and unfortunately I had unwelcome roommates I was not told about when buying my home. Ants. Lots of ants. I called Interstate and they came to my rescue. They diligently treated the ants weekly until my entire property is bug free and now I can enjoy my place inside and out without any spiders or ants or anything even outside on the deck. I would have never thought on my modest income I would be able to afford the luxury of a service like this on an on going basis but it is so affordable that even someone like me can enjoy having permanent pest control and stay within my budget. Now that my house is totally ant free they still come and upkeep outdoors to ensure a barrior against anything making my house their home again.

Interstate Pest Management was very responsive to my call about sugar ants entering my house near my front door. Brad, the owner, came out the same day and sprayed all around my house and garage area. He educated me about ant society and behavior and said there would be a follow up visit in two weeks. Brad also told me that it takes a while before the ants are all dead. They take baited food back to the nest and that’s where the magic happens. After 8 days, I was still seeing ants near the front door but not nearly as many as before. I called again and asked for a follow up spray just near the front of the house. Again, the company was very responsive and my property was sprayed again the next day. I’m really pleased with the customer service. Again, I got more education about ants which helps me understand that the process takes time. I’m pleased with the knowledge of Interstate Pest Management’s staff, how responsive they are to my concerns, and that they seem to have their act together in terms of office efficiency. This company was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I, in turn, am recommending it to you, dear reader.

Thank you Interstate! We didn't know what to do when we had a mice infestation. Started out as one mouse and quickly got out of control. A friend suggested Interstate and so I called. Seren in the office was amazing. She was so friendly and set us up with a monthly visit. The techs are friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Our experience with Interstate has been excellent. Making the initial appointment was easy and efficient and they made it a priority to come out as soon as possible. Both inspectors have been so kind, courteous, and patient as they explained what was going on in and around our home. It was nice to feel like we could actually trust this company and not feel taken advantage of. Customer service shines at Interstate. Finally, we had contacted a large well known company at first. They quoted ridiculous rates and absurd add-on charges. Interstate saved us a lot of money. And.... after just two weeks our pests are almost all gone.

Called for a quote on a commercial property. Met with a technician who was fairly helpful at providing me with a quote for quarterly service and was satisfied up until the point I decided to follow up. When I called the office to order the service I was quoted, the person on the phone told me that the technician who quoted me was "new" and that they will not be honoring the quote. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told one would be contacting me. Several days go by without any contact and I called back, only to be rudely told I was wasting my time "the supervisor is going to say the same thing." Yes... HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. Don't waste yours... By the way, I still haven't spoken to a supervisor.
