Without question, the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care and service from Joe Patton and the entire JAPCO team was excellent. Having used a competitor service in the past, it is easy to see why JAPCO is so much more superior. Right from the first conversation on the phone to the two visits from a couple of knowledgeable, personable and professional technicians, we felt quite cared for and treated like part of their family. We are confident that our problems have been resolved and feel extremely thankful for the service and support from JAPCO. We wholeheartedly recommend JAPCO to anyone who cares deeply for the safety of their family and property.

What a great experience from start to finish dealing with the team at JAPCO! Melanie was so pleasant to deal with booking the appointments for me (and even rescheduling when something last minute came up for me!). Joe was extremely knowledgeable and friendly in helping us to deal with locating where mice could be entering the home and helping to rectify the issue. The other staff have been great along the way as well. JAPCO has made what felt like an 'overwhelming issue' become something I don't even think about anymore. Thank you to the whole team, and Yes, I will be recommending this team to everyone!!

I worked for this company as a part-time office assistant while I was going to school. Even though I was going to school for something completely unrelated to Pest Control and only had customer service experience, management was more than willing to invest time training me. As a student, it was a major relief to have an office manager who understood my scheduling needs and accommodated me. Having worked in a variety of entry-level jobs before, I really appreciated that when I needed time off or to miss work due to something with school or my personal life, there was never a fuss as long as I let them know right away.

This is our GO-TO guys for any kind of pest-related matters. When you call them up, a very cheerful and eager agent with great listening skills greets you and collects all the information related to your problem suggesting options and alternatives. At the scheduled appointment time, a polite-yet-professional and knowledgeable technician shows up and immediately you know that you are in GOOD hands. We have used them at multiple times and they have not failed to deliver. Very friendly and efficient staff and service... highly recommend!!!

I have used the services of JAPCO Pest Control Ltd. for many years, both in my position as a commercial property manager, as well as on a personal basis. The staff are always professional and courteous, fast to respond and efficient. I have also always appreciated the extra care this family-run business takes in their follow-up service. I highly recommend JAPCO Pest Control Ltd. to their existing and future clients.
