I got ZAP out for a mouse problem and they were the best! The supervisor on the phone, Lisa, was personable, organized, and professional. The technician that showed up was very professional and super knowledgeable. And my mouse issue was solved! I would recommend ZAP to anyone!

Much appreciated

I was relieved to find the pest control professional who treated my apartment, for bed bugs, to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. So far, my unit has had the recommended second treatment, and I am hopeful that we may have solved the issue. Bed bugs are an awful problem to have but feeling confident in the company treating the problem can help.

Very quick to help within 24 hours! Needed a second visit and they were also fabulous. I highly recommended ZAP and I live in Vancouver! They came to my sisters rescue via long distance.. Thank you so much for your awesome work!

I called Zap Pest Control without even noticing their rating, and now after receiving their service, I am not at all surprised to see such high reviews! I called after hours, so I would have to wait until the next day to deal with a sudden infestation of bees. In a meantime, they offered helpful advice. Then they called back to offer service as one of their staff, Dave, was willing to come by after his game! He was also great, worked around the issue to make sure all of his bases were covered, ended up with a surprise of a dead bird coming down our chimney! yikes! and also offered helpful advice re trapping a skunk that "graced" us with its odour as Dave was leaving. They're professional, punctual, stay connected and go above and beyond! I'm grateful I found them and will definitely highly recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with Zap Pest Control. I had same day service for an ant problem. All the staff I have dealt with are professional, especially Lisa who was very helpful and Joel who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products they were using. Best of all, ants gone! I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended Zap Pest Control several times and will continue to do so. Thank you!

ZAP is a great company. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have used them for several years and have never been disappointed. I recommend them to all my friends and they have all been very happy with them as well. And thanks to Joel for a great job. Spiders be gone!!!!!
