I'm so glad I found AARD. I've been faithfully using AARD for many years as a property manager and I couldn't be happier. Stephanie and the other folks I've worked with at AARD always take extra time to explain to me how they are going to approach treatment and why. They have tackled ants, cockroaches, rats, hornets and all successfully. The worst thing is to pay a pest control company to get rid of the problem and then the problem comes back. That hasn't happened once with AARD. They always give me pointers on what to do to keep pests at bay. This is especially important as a property manager. I also use their services at my personal home and personal rental properties. I just can't recommend them enough! - Nicole Hull

I've having new windows installed and the installer mentioned he smelled a faint urine smell near the roof. We've wondered due to some noises occasionally if we had any rodents, so this seemed to confirm it and I called up AARD and they got me on the schedule for just a couple days out. There was a scheduling mix up, though, and Joey showed up like an hour later (how's that for fast turnaround!) and did an inspection of the attic. Because of the scheduling mix up, he didn't even charge me which blew me away. Fantastic, friendly service. If I have any future pest issues, they will be the only place I'll call. Outstanding.

Aard is fabulous to work with and very responsive. Stephanie always lets us know what we can do proactively to keep the ants out of our house.
