Rose pest control driver cut me off twice on vandyke and 9 mile without using his turn signal.

Absolutely useless. They sprayed for bed bugs, they looked around, and said my place was cleared of all of them. Not even an hour after they cleared me I still have bed bugs. This problem has been going on for 2 whole months. I have followed their instructions to the letter several times already, and nothing has changed. Thereby I am now looking into hiring a lawyer for a lawsuit detailing your lack of competent work. Clearly not worth the money if they can not do their job right, and keep claiming a place is clear of bed bugs when it clearly is not. UPDATE: June 7th 2018 place still infested since mid-February. I spent a grand on cleaning, and new furniture & stuff. They are incompetent at what they do. Customers Beware! DO NOT USE THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY! You have been warned. They can not do the job right. UPDATE: well the dogs finally got it right. 1 out of 100 they have been right. Now they realize that I still have bed bugs, and that this company is incompetent. So thanks to the dogs realizing that my place is still infested after many months they are sending another person out today for the 1000th time... Just to spray. They boast heat treatments, but refuse to give them when literally everything thus far hasn't worked, and they continue to do the same spray treatment for months on end. This has been going on SINCE FEBRUARY!!! They clearly don't know the definition of insanity. So here it is... Doing the same damn thing over, and over again & expecting different results. Which is also the same definition for this company. My neighbor above me has had bed bugs for years, refuses treatments, and then when they finally start infesting my place nobody at this useless run of the mill company bats an eyelash at that. The bugs have been falling from the ceiling, and nobody has a clue what the hell is going on! THE NEXT TIME A PERSON WHO TELLS ME THAT THERE'S NO BUGS FROM THIS COMPANY SHOWS UP I AM SUING YOUR ASSES OFF!!!!!! UPDATE: They came by, said my place was clear, they didn't find anything, and said that now they will have to check my upstairs neighbor's place directly above me (413) because something set the dogs off & it's not in my apartment. Fun Fact... They were also here today to check someone else's old apartment (402) on the floor above me who went to parties at my upstairs neighbor's place. 402 is notoriously know for being infested to the brim with bed bugs. Hence the reason the person above me has had them for years.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I work for a builder and we had to have a termite bait system put in on one of our new construction homes. I called EVERY pest company in the metro Detroit area and further to find someone who could help (Orkin, terminix wouldn't). Then finally I found them. Right off the bat, they were very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. They got the job done within a couple days (had to wait for Miss-dig) as soon as they got clearance from miss dig they were out the next day and finished the job! The office staff was quick to answer any questions or emails and got me all the documents right after service. Its refreshing to see what great customer service is, they definitely have that down.

Very responsive. Tech came out the day after we called to survey wasp problem and ended up treating right away. Wasps were gone the next day. Well worth the money to permanently get rid of issue. Also used them for a Bees nest at a house we were renting and very happy with the service.
