Need a real professional? Talk to Lee and his group at Greenlawn. I continue to use their service and couldn't be more pleased. Efficient, Affordable, and Friendly. They just get it done and done right.

Cashed our cheque and did not contact us to arrange service. When I called and followed up, they were surprised and set up a time for service. I waited 1.5 hours at the required time (work hours) and no one showed up. AVOID

They have provided great service blowing out my system each fall.

They did my larger yard and had very prompt service. Couple hiccups along the way but to be expected from any work. I would recommend them for anyone that asks in the future. Owner is very polite and good to work with

Whatever you do, do not deal with these rude and unprofessional amateurs. I had them come out and do an adjustment to my system and they charged me for items that were never put in! When I phoned 2 weeks ago to inquire about the wrongful charges, Christine answered the phone and said she will ask the service manager, Seth, regarding the charges. I told her to hold payment until she calls me back and explains the charges. She never returned my call and promptly sent an invoice that all charges had been processed through my visa. When I phoned today to inquire why she processed the payment without first explaining the wrongful charges, she asked me to refresh her memory as she did not recall our phone conversation. She then told me that she will have to speak to the service manager (again!) and this time she returned my call within 10 minutes and assured me the items were put in. I asked to speak to him directly and she told me that is not possible. I reasoned that I was with the service tech (Seth?) the whole 2 hours and 30 minutes he was at my home (even though he charged me for 3 hours of service @ 70$/hr. Of the 2 hours and 30 minutes he was in my yard, he spent a good 30 minutes on the phone, but I never complained about this out of the goodness of my heart, and, yes, I have all of this captured on my CCTV cameras outside my home.) I was with this gentleman the whole time he was working in my yard and not for an instant did I see him install the parts that the invoice says were installed. Christine would not have any of this and told me very rudely that when the company comes to my neighborhood in a month to do Fall blowouts, the service tech will show me the parts that were supposedly put in, as if I was blind and missed the part where he installed said parts. I told her to reverse the payment for the items in question until then and she refused. She then started to yell and raise her voice on the phone when I told her that I need to either speak with him directly on the phone or he needs to come by the end of the week to show me. She then promptly hung up the phone on me and won't answer my calls anymore. Christine's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional and represents the kind of company she is a part of. I plan to press charges for fraud and make a formal complaint this week. To anyone reading this, I urge you to learn from my mistake and not deal with these crooks. They will rob you in broad daylight. Save yourself the heartache and deal with another company! Regards, Navid
