I had not had the opportunity to be home during a Big Blue Bug visit but did recently. I was very impressed by the professionalism and pleasantness of Steven, Tech # 96. He took time to show me and explain the program that we are on and was happy to answer the questions that I had. What a wonderful ambassador he is for Big Blue Bug!

My husband and I recently noticed some crickets in an unfinished area of our basement, so of course we called Big Blue Bug! Liz came on time and was absolutely great - so nice, professional, and informative. This is the kind of service you want to encounter when you have someone coming into your home. She almost made me forget we were talking about bugs. We will be starting a service plan with BBB to treat and prevent any future issues!

Amazing & Phenomenal Company!!!!I have had The Big Blue Bug at my home for years and now that I'm in my new home in S. Dartmouth, of course I called the Big Blue Bug just for preventative measures. I was so delighted to see that my FABULOUS service man, Paul was promoted to be an inspector. You could not have a more professional, kind and knowledgeable representative come into your home. Scott and Steve Goldman are fabulous and they run the most wonderful company. It is a very large, prestigious business maintained like a small customer-oriented small business. If you are looking for a house safe from any pests---don't even consider looking any further. I highly recommend the Big Blue Bug Solutions!!! I recently had the wonderful team member, Jed come to my house. he is also an expert technician. He definitely gets a five star plus review. I highly recommend Jed, as well. He is a real asset to the Big Blue Bug.

This was our very first time using Big Blue Bug. My husband loves Tony's weekly radio show and this is why we called them. The initial treatment was today. We were pleasantly surprised at their technician, Jeb. He came in, explained the process and answered any questions we had. He took the time needed to do a great and thorough job. We both were very impressed with him. Good job Big Blue Bug for hiring people that so positively reflect your company.

Our tech Shayne F. was great! He arrived within the window of time we were given and was professional and polite. He was also very knowledgeable on the subject at hand (yellow jackets - yuck!) He explained everything he was going to do and when he was done, he answered all my questions. I felt comfortable having him in my house. I hope I never need services from here again - no offense! :) - but if I do, I would ask for Shayne F. by name. Keep up the good work!
