I have known Luis for quite a while. He serves our Co-op in a very professional manner. He is always concerned for his customers and proud of his work . For this I admire him. I put my trust in him and always will. He works well with our staff/super. I would give Luis more stars than you will allow!

Suburban is a first rate company with first rate technicians. They are available whenever you need them, and are thorough and patient when they are in your home. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Luis Vasquez for the past few years. He is personable, informative and highly knowledgeable. He is a credit to the company and an excellent example of a consumer focused corporate culture

I have been using them for 5 years and they have been great. Wilfredo has been my technician of choice for years because he is very knowledgeable, patient and he always checks on us to see how we are doing. I can tell he loves what he do. Everyone in the office works with you when it comes to appointments and the prices are great. Great work guys.

My family have been using your company for so many years I cannot count. We have had Luis coming to my home for around 16 Years. He goes upbove and beyond. He calls on the day he is coming so we can pinpoint a particular time which is very helpful to me. He always comes when he is supposed to I can count on it. He does a very thorough job and leaves nothing out. He knows everything about his job no matter what the question. The thing is he is more then just our exterminator he is a truly good guy. We talk about families and our lives all the while he does his job and waste no time. We feel extremely comfortable with him all these years. I myself work with the public as I am a hairstylist. He is very professional and personal at the same time. This is a magical combination in your employee.

We have been customers of Suburban for many years. Luis is our service representative. Luis always calls in advance on the day of our scheduled appointment and tells us the narrow window in which he always arrives. He is cheerful & always is helpful if we have any new issues. While we are working with Suburban, we only really work with Luis Because he delivers first rate service.
