As a first time customer for any business I always use the first impression rule. If the quality of service that was provided, was with the utmost professionalism than more than likely my return to that service would be guaranteed. This was one of those experiences were Dustin Pest Control showed great professionalism. They communicated with me and kept me updated on scheduled serviced. When I had question submitted online, my question were answered promptly. And not to forget that the Service Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable in his profession. Dustin Pest Control has earned my business and possibly that of my friends and family upon their request.

The technician was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend Dustin Pest Control to a friend. They were also willing to come monthly if I needed it even when my contract is for bi-monthly. they are very reasonably priced ! No upfront start up fees !

I Had the privilege to have Joseph as my technician. The gettlemen knew his stuff took the time to educate me on the issue I’m having and how to have more control on how to keep the pest away. Also I can’t take nothing away from Esmeralda i believe that was her name sorry. She was awesome she sounded very patient over the phone and very sweet. That’s pretty much what convinced me to pull the trigger and hire Dustin Pest Control to help me take care of my issue. So far this business is 2 for 2 seems like their hiring the right people for the job.

Dustin’s pest control was absolutely wonderful. Art was on time and did a great job spraying in a timely manner, he cleared out the webs as well. They were honest with me about that to expect after he sprayed. As never having to have pest control before and having two pets he eased my worries about the safety of my dogs. I highly recommend them to service your homes for pest.

I had my house tented. The workers arrived in a timely manner both to do the tenting and to remove it two days later. They even informed the police who came by at least twice on the night after they vented the tent. (I was in a guest house on the property.)
