I called this company because there was some sort of critter living in my attic. Their tech came by, poked his head up through the attic hatch, threw around some poison pellets and said "that should do it" Needless to say, it didn't work. No proper inspection, and no solution. Don't waste your time (or money) on this company.

Doug was there the same day!!! Which is almost unheard-of now a days. He explained the ant problem to me. I have 3 dogs and was of course concerned about the chemicals. He assured me its pet friendly so I relaxed. He's a nice guy decent prices and left givivg me a card and said to call him anytime. Which I will definitely do for anything bug related.. Way to go Doug two thumbs up!!!

For several weeks we heard scratching noises above our bedroom and assumed that there may be mice. Paul from Nimby came out to take a look and immediately ascertained that the problem was not mice but in fact squirrels. They had chewed through the corner of our roof and were making a nest in our attic. Paul installed a one-way door that allows the squirrels to get out but they could not re-enter. He even came back a week later to re-inspect. The cost was reasonable considering he had to climb to the second story. Squirrels are gone and done humanely which is a bonus!

Discusting! Stole $300 from us. They did not fix the problem, and did not try to rectify or follow up after I told them SEVERAL times we the issue was not fixed. I called them about 6 times telling them I could still hear scampering in our attic ( we have a squirrel in our attic). Paul the owner of the company told me 3 times he'd take care of it and call back, but never did. They are thieves, do not use this service.

Treated for carpenter Ants. He broke the glass on my patio table and refused to replace it, and oh yeah, his treatment did not work. I see many others have "loved" their service as well!
