Rude and unprofessional pest control company who's more concerned more on the number of exterminations to perform in a day than a customer's well-being. I contacted my landlord of a bed bug infestation that took place in June 2017. As an exterminator who makes his money by contracting services to property managers throughout the GTA, I had to wait nearly 10 days before he showed up to my unit. Due to a lack of knowledge on extermination services (I've never had a problem like this before) and an apparent calendar booked with clients in the Toronto GTA, they stopped by my place only to rudely tell me off (my roommate was present and witnessed the whole thing) about the lack of organization in my unit. After sounding off to my building's property management via e-mail and telephone, they contacted Bugs Heat Exterminators (based in Toronto), to start a two day heat treatment that brought an end to the misery me and my roommate had endured for over two weeks. Taking the time to assist and not criticize those who you are supposed to help is a key to any business's success. This exterminator was more concerned in running through my apartment as fast as possible to get to his next appointment on time. With more on an emphasis on how many clients he can tackle in a few hours and a detour from finding a permanent and lasting pest control solution, I would advise property management companies to contract another pest control company for the properties they manage.

They use glue boards! Unfortunately the property managers at my building use this service so I was not able to avoid having the traps placed. Its a shame, the staff person was very friendly and efficient, I wish they would just choose a more humane method.
