Even at one star I feel this is a generous rating. The initial visit was a smile and promises, when I called to book my follow up I was told that it could not be in two weeks like I was promised I would need to wait a month, when I asked to speak to manager I was told one would call me that day. The next day I received a call from someone and when I told them what the technician had told me were the steps to follow I was told that I did not understand. Both my wife and I were very clear and confirmed the steps while the tech was on site. After asking if I could cancel the multiple services I paid for since (happy to pay for the work already done) I was told that I would get a call back to discuss further. Still waiting weeks later. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with a company that will say whatever they have to in order to get a contract signed and then treat you as if your a pest to them.... strange from a pest control company. I would never ever again use them, and would never recommend them to anyone in any situation at all.

Strongly recommendï¼I was very stressed when I found there was rats invading my house when I was on vacation, but Abell Pest Control solved my problem, John Bowerman, the staff from Abell is really knowledgeable and professional, he figured out the location where the rats came in and sealed the holes, placed the bait station along the routes, he followed up multiple times to check the status of the bait station and ensure all rats problem are solved before moving them. He is very helpful, patiently answered all my questions and always very responsive when I contacted him. Great service and great results!

We have been with Abell Pest control for many years. Over the last few years we have had some issues with billing errors but I we stayed because of our service guy Tyler Spencer. He is always supremely professional and clean. We would have left this company long ago if it weren't for Tyler's outstanding customer service to us and our tenants.

Brandon was awesome, even having to return to my residence for a LARGE wasp nest on my balcony. Above and beyond service as I have never had to deal with insects before. 😊 Arrived well within the window given for ETA, and was friendly and personable. Would highly recommend.
