We have been with the company for overs 10 years perfect service every time. ERIC is my requested service Person. He is the BEST! Don't hesitate to ask for him. Brian is my other Man. No matter what the issue is resolved. The know their their business well! Always 100% happy!! Highly recommend!

We had a visit to help us deal with mice infestation. We were promised one thing and this company delivered another. It was done a week ago. My husband had to do most of the work and they only provided bait stations. The copper mesh that was supposed to be installed was not. We were given some mesh when I asked about it. We could hear the mice again and I asked that a rep call my husband about this issue. I spoke to a person last weekend after the initial visit. No call yet...

I called Environmental Pest Control to look at a mice infestation in my attic. The person on the phone booking the appointment informed that the technicians will come to the house, install baiting stations, and do a comprehensive inspection the exterior of the house and fill any holes while making recommendations on areas that required something more than filling holes. The cost was over $400. I was happy with this because I was given the impression that not only would existing mice be addressed but a solid attempt would be made to prevent future mice from entering the house. However, the service I received did not meet this set expectation. The technicians took 15 minutes to place baiting stations in various spots around the house after which time they started to put the paperwork together for payment. I tried to gently tell them that I was told that they were meant to do a solid check around the house for holes and places of entry. Only when I asked them this did they start to provide this insight. No doubt I was pretty disappointed and frustrated until someone from Environmental Pest Control called me to apologize for the level of service I received and that I should have received what was promised to me on the phone. I was very impressed by the quick response I received and the efforts by the service manager to rectify the situation. They subsequently promised to return to the house in November to refill bait stations at no additional cost. So, overall, while the service I received was well below my expectations, the subsequent follow up and effort to rectify the situation was well above my expectations.

Steve was awesome at helping us get rid of our wasps! The nest was so big it was purring like a cat. I'm not even joking. He came in and got rid of them. Really nice guy. Super helpful and knew exactly what to do! Would recommend to everyone!

I am very pleased with the service we received. From the first contact, estimate and follow up call everything was amazing. Steve was extremely helpful and explained every single step in detail making sure we understand the process. He even took care of a big hornets nest for us. I would definitely recommend this service to all of my friends.
