Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional on the phone. Our technician Larry was a true professional. He solved our mouse problem and was also able to point out potential entry points and offer us advice on pest proofing our home. Would definitely recommend Orkin to friends and family

The woman on the other end of the phone at Orkin is my superhero. There was no appointment for quite some time available and I had my sons first birthday happening in our home fairly soon, with wasps trying to party crash! She took my number and told me she was going to call a manager and work this out, and she did! They were here two days later to get it taken care of before his party. The technician was friendly and efficient, a great experience overall! Highly recommend.

Workers from Orkin were supposed to come to my building unit last Friday. I prepared my place accordingly and left for the day. When I came back, I noticed my placed looked untouched. I called Orkin's 1-800 customer service line and wanted clarification if in fact workers had come by my place (so that I don't put everything back together for no reason). The customer service professional took down my information and promised me someone would call me back on Monday. This never happened, so I called them myself. I spoke to a very rude lady named Debbie who lied to me by telling my that my management re-scheduled this appointment and then said thank you and hung up, as I was speaking mid-sentence. I phoned my building management and it turned out that Orkin was a no show. I called back and spoke to the manager who indicated they had double-booked. Now I have to completely empty out my kitchen and bathroom AGAIN after putting everything back together and thoroughly cleaning my place. Thanks for nothing, Orkin, and help your agents learn some customer service skills.

Samantha is awesome. She helped me all through the process of getting Orkin in to get rid of mice after doing a huge Reno at our new house. She is fantastic to deal with. Gary my technician is amazing too. I always recommend Orkin to my family and friends.
