I own a cabin with lofts. U have to use a ladder to get to the lofts. My 8 year old daughter climbs the ladder all the time.i grew up climbing these ladders. We're talking 7 feet up! Unfortunately when the gentleman showed he looked at the job went back to his car and supposedly talked to his boss and said he couldn't climb the ladders. Prior I spoke to the receptionist or owner, whoever answers the phones. She was very nice and professional on the phone. Mad that a grown person couldn't just knock my job out make the cash and get on with it. What the hell do you do when there's bees in the Attic? Roof line? No climbing? Confused...

I had two other companies attempt and fail to get rid of my bee problem, but then I called Environmental Pest Control and Adele was a huge help. Two days later my bee problem was gone. The price was around the same as the others, but the service was much better.
