Juan was great when he showed up. Was very thorough and happy with his service. What is causing me to leave a 3 star was due to not receiving a call 30 min before arrival. We expected arrival between 4 and 6. At 530 I called to see the status and the call center girl just simply said I still had time to wait. Nothing more. I truly hope that now that I am a “current” customer that I actually get to talk with staff at the local office when I have questions instead of a call center in another state.

Orkin took the time with me during the initial inspection of termites in my home to educate me on everything I needed to know. They spent time inside and outside my home and answered all of my questions. Billy was my inspector and treated me like a friend, not just like he was trying to sell their services. I shopped around before Orkin came out to my home and other companies didn’t even come close to the level of knowledge and expertise that Orkin has. I can’t say thank you enough. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Thorough explanation, no hard sell, quick and efficient application. Great experience scheduling, too. Might bump to five stars once I see how well the treatments work and how follow-up visits go, but I don’t have reason to believe I’ll be disappointed.

I called Orkin for a spring spray ( all the normal prevention of ants, spiders, etc). They came out the exact same day. The booking process was easy and they answered all my questions. My technician, Butler, communicated exactly what time he would arrive and he was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

We found termites. Scheduled for a tech. Billy showed up right on time. Explained what he wanted to do with a price quote, & answered all of our questions. We added in spraying for mosquitoes. Our dates were scheduled for the chemical techs. Mosquitoe guy showed up a few days early, which was great so we could be enjoying our deck more. Termite tech will be here in about another week. We're happy with how quick & efficient everything has been so far. Thank you
