Totally awesome service! I had just given birth to my daughter and we had a mouse problem that wasn’t going away and getting worse. We needed a long term solution. Holland was awesome from day one with his inspection and quote. Very detailed and explained everything to us. We knew up front it would take time for the mice to be completely gone but it was well worth the process. He sealed up areas that we would never have thought of and wired areas that they were getting in from. Every week we saw the tracks from them coming out the one way doors. It was amazing that they knew exactly where they were getting in from! Mice are crafty little critters and even when after a month or two I noticed that a mouse was still getting in, Holland was on it and was back again trying to figure it out. Of all things it was our sump pump which is really rare but after that was sealed up we’ve been mouse free! Holland always got back to me, and kept me updated and informed. Also awesome to know that we have a 5 year guarantee. 100% recommend all wildlife removal. And I’m having them come and do my grandparents house in Toronto after the new year. It’s the only way to go for any type of wildlife issue in your home!

I first used the services of All Wildlife Removal in 2013, I found that their knowledge and attention to detail was far above any of the other companies I had reached out to. Although it was not the least expensive quote I had received during my research process....I decided to move forward with The All Wildlife Team, My neighbours at the time decided to go with other companies. Year after year, My house was rodent free while I constantly observed a litany of other wild life removal trucks in my neighbourhood every season. Since moving houses, I have used the All Wildlife Team twice more, and been elated with the results. I have always looked to save a buck where i can, but the owner assured me that I would save in the long term, he was not wrong. I now recommend their services to anyone who will listen, If you want to ensure long term results and protect your investment....All Wildlife is the only team to choose.

We had them over to address a wildlife problem at our house. Next day they started the work witj a hefty bill and assurances they will come back to test and do remaining fixes. They took off with the key to our house. Took us many phone calls to finally locate the key with a random staff. When phase 1 of the work was done no one bothered to walk us through what they did until we phoned again and requested it. At that point only deposit was paid. That was what saved us and forced them to send someone on a Saturday to finish what they started. Now follow up: We waited for their automated follow up call as promised and nothing happened. We called and left many messages only to end up with "we will call you back once we figure out the schedule" and no one did. They only care for new customers. December 2018 Update: It was great working directly with Paul to remediate the outstanding issues we had. The sign of true professionalism is the insistence on doing the job right, something that All Wildlife Removal did today. Thank you for all your hard work and would be happy to call you back if we have any issues with wildlife in the future! December 2018 Further Update: We just did a peanut butter test in the attic. Peanut butter was up there for 4 days and was completely untouched, outstanding! This is how it's done.

We live in a semi-detached home backing onto greenspace, so there are lots of mice running around. Our shared neighbour had been hearing mice in her walls for well over a year and had tried traps and bait first. The problem did not go away permanently. We did not know we had mice until Paul went into our attic to do an inspection and came back with a phone video of tunnels and droppings in the insulation. The insulation had kept them quiet as they crossed over from the neighbour's house. Paul pointed out that using poison has long term issues because if birds eat the poisoned mice on the way back to their home in the woods, the birds can die too. We chose to completely mouse proof the entire house. The cost for both sides of the semi came to about $4700. Not cheap, but there is a lifetime guarantee which we did not see with any other company. The process took an entire day as they put together custom made cages for all the vents, caulked areas, put mesh around the soffit corners, put ventilated plugs in brick breathing holes and installed several one way exit shoots for any mice that may have gotten trapped inside. These exit shoots will be removed in the future. Since the work was done in July, my neighbour has not heard anything in her walls. We also just had a new roof installed and since the vent cages were saved, All Wildlife agreed to come back and replace them at no charge. If you have an ongoing mouse problem, I would recommend using this company.

We hired All Wildlife removal to get rid of many mice and we were very happy with the service. VERY HAPPY. I have never done a review before but thought it was important to share my experience. Thank you for your quick and friendly service. No more mice finally and we are thrilled.
